Possible causes of clamped fin??

My fault but I decide to do a fish in cycle on a pico tank with a ywg because that was the one and only fish I was planning on having. As well as the fact that based on personal experiences I’ve found fish in cycles to be far better than fishless when it comes to stability.

Anyway nothing I can do now about my poor decision. The goby has clamped fin that are well pointy… he’s seems to being living well other then the fins and ammonia is low relatively low. This was kind of an over night thing but he’s had the issue for a few days now. I’m not sure what the issue is and what the cause is but if anyone has any information that could help the please. Think I learned my lesson but he’s going to have a great tank to hopefully look forward to. Thanks!!

Would you be able to attach pictures and a video (linked through YouTube) to help assess the fish?
Elevated ammonia is a stressor and can contribute to the clamped fins, so controlling that will be very important.
