Have these isopod hitchhikers on clams, looks like a translucent isopod any ideas?
Anything we do they come back, tried siphoning, brushing, fw dip. Haven’t seen them anywhere other then the clam, still possible completely harmless but seems suspicious.Siphon them with a 3/8” - 1/4” tubing and dorvillidae worm may be an issue also
“Sand skater” isopod (Sphaeromatidae/Serolidae). These "pods" are harmless scavengers:
