Possible Clownfish Swim Bladder disease

So the fish in question is a 2-2.5 in bullet hole/snowflake clown, the tank is a 40 gallon breeder that's been set up for around 2 months. It was cycled with 20 lbs of LR from my 260 display and MICROBACTER 7. Current parameters are as follows:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10
Phosphate .01
Alk 8.3
Calcium 430
Magnesium 1280
Salinity 35 ppt
pH 7.9
There are weekly 5 gal water changes with Reef Crystals and 0 TDS RODI water. The other inhabitants are one rock flower, one small BTA, two other small clownfish (1-1.5 in) and one other clown of the same size. There is no skimmer, but there is growing chaeto and a canister. Attached is a video of the fish attempting to swim. When it is not doing that, it is laying on the sandbed, mostly upright. I've moved it into an acclimation box because it was bumping into things and had almost gotten stuck on the gyre. Looking for treatment advice.

I've had the fish for 3 weeks, it is not thin and I have not seen stringy poop. The symptoms appeared this morning, but sadly the clown just died.

I am very sorry for your loss. When fish begin behaving that way, it's almost always too late

Sorry to hear about the clownfish - I couldn't get the video to play until I got home tonight. The way the fish was darting in the video - that's more than swim bladder issues, and with the rapid breathing, that is what I call, "death throes" typical of a moribund fish. I don't want to alarm you, but you need to watch your other 3 clowns very closely for *any* signs of issues, because we don't know if what the first clown had was a contagious disease, or not. Watch for rapid breathing, fins not be held erect, stringy poop and any change in appetite.
