Possible dead fish.

Recently bought a dart fish. One night I heard a splash, like something jumped. Didn’t find anything and still can’t find anything. About 4 days go by, no dart fish in tank and no dart fish on floor unless I vacuumed it up without noticing.
Hypothetically if it was dead in my tank right now what’s the worst that can happen? I cannot seem to find it anywhere.

25 gallons. Haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary but is there anything I can do? Did a WC today

Check your overflow box? Sump? They're really good at jumping into the overflows.

Just monitor your water parameters especially your ammonia. If nothing spikes for several days, I'd say you're likely in the clear.
