Possible dino or bacteria?

My tank has a bit of algae growing. There are hair algae and cyano for sure. I noticed a white bacteria film this morning. My stylo started showing white spots so I'm a bit concerned. My corals has been growing fast lately. Tank is about 4 months old.

Nitrate 5
Phos 0.06

I don't have a microscope so can't confirm dino. I do see my yellow tang eating the algae. Anything I should do or just let the ugly stage pass?

Looks to me cyanobacteria, but unfortunately a microscope identification is needed.

A shot in the dark would be to use some chemiclean and see if it goes away.
