Possible eggs ?

It’s kind of hard since they are so small but I’ve got these white dot looking things on parts of the glass and on some live rock.
I have 3 large turbo snails in there along with some blue green chromis and ghost shrimp. That’s the only thing I have multiples of other than some nas snails that I added a couple of hours ago. They are in a peacock mantis tank so pretty much every other snail gets eaten pretty fast but the turbos are massive and she doesn’t touch them or the chromis.
