Anyone have an idea of what these pink-ish tube looking things are? They're attached to a Featherduster I have in QT.

Thanks in advance!

They sort of look like little barnacles. Are they hard, ever see anything poking out? You already know about the bubble algae surrounding them right?

I didn't touch them, but I can try that. Something definitely moves about them, but it's hard to say what. And yea, I'm not totally sure how I'm getting that algae off of it, but it's still got a few more weeks in QT so I have at least a little bit of time to figure that out. Have any ideas? Lol

I have another QT that has an Emerald crab in it, I thought about moving the worm to there, but it's already starting to attach to the glass even though I tried moving it around the tank every few days, so I gotta figure that out too :/

With bubble algae I just remove what I can see and apply peroxide to the area to prevent regrowth. Usually works in one go but sometimes it takes a few tries.
Ah okay I'll try that, I wasn't sure how easily it came off of the worm.
I'll also check the tube things tomorrow.
Thanks!
