Possible flukes? Help diagnose

yellow assessor has been hiding a bit more and I'm not sure what this is. I added an ORA neon goby and since then he's been a bit skittish.

He has whitish patches that Florescence under blue light not visible during day light. First time I've ever seen these like whisker like worms or something coming from his face and near his gills. Whisker like pricks on his face...What is this? I can't get a photo of the whisker type thing because it's too small for the phone to capture.

In most cases if in doubt do a freshwater dip for 3-5 min. You'll see flukes start to come off and look opaque. They may not be present on the skin but present in the gills.
 
My first thought was bristle worm. If this is the case, then he just needs to heal on his own. The bristles will fall out and he'll most likely be fine. Just watch for infection.
