I woke this morning to find a muscle has been dislodged and drug half way across my tank (sand trail as evidence) I have a 29 gal cube. I also have 3 peppermint shrimp in the tank That seem to have become pretty aggressive in their hunt for food. I only put them in to clean up the aptasia which they have succeded. But I also have noticed large patches of coraline seemingly to disappear but it may be die off since I'm sure my tank is still in cycle. I also have an emerald crab that may be contributing to this as well? I have noticed one of the peppermint shrimp locked on to my sand star and attempting to drag it.. Thinking I should ditch a couple of the peppermint shrimp in exchange for a couple hermits. How would I catch these little fast dudes? Lol. My ph has fallen to around 8.2-8.0 any tricks to raising this? And any ideas on if it's another hitchhiker damaging my coraline and dislodging my muscle

Shrimp are jerks.
slow hand fishing was my best bet.
ph might be just new tank or the furnace in the house. kalk is a temp fix. also an airstone or refugium. (chato in the back chamber)

emeralds can be bull dozers, im guessing theres not enough food in the new tank.
dont forget to get the flashlight out late at night.
