possible ich on juvenile tomini tang. Help!

I purchased a juvenile tomini tang 2 days ago from my Los. He looked good in the tank and he was eating. I have a quarantine set up. This guy is the first one I've ever quarantined. I think he has ich but can't be sure. He seems very lethargic doesn't swim off the bottom of the tank and mostly just hides out in the corner. I've got him to eat Hikari mega marine algae but not nori or other algae sheets. I have cupramine and copper tests kits arriving tomorrow

Well I just tried to feed him a little more of the mega marine algae and he didnt go for it. Literally just looks like he is being blown around by the hydor pico powerhead at this point. I fully expect him to be belly up in the morning

Those tangs can get very stressed in a sterile QT. They literally will just stop eating from the stress.
Consider adding some sand to the bottom. And a couple of pieces of rock. The rock can be useful for a place to forage some food. Spread on the rock some Masstick. To the Masstick you can apply some more food like frozen algae mix, shredded nori, reef mix, etc.
Cover the back wall and the two end glass walls with dark paper ( I paint mine with dark blue or black). Doing this creates a cave like environment and it helps them relax a bit.
Adding a couple of plastic aquarium plants to provide cover will also help it to relax.
Turn off the lights and only use ambient window lighting in the room.
Aim the power head up sharply so it actively rippling the water's surface. This will cut down on the blowing the fish around a bit and it will greatly increase O2 in the water.

If it were me personally I would implement the measures Big G suggested first. Go for the sand and plastic aquarium deco. If there are lights on your QT turn them off, fish don't need them anyway. If you don't have black paper to black out the tank a towel over 3 sides works well, just try not to cover the top as that could impact your O2 levels.

Once he is eating and less stressed I would try TTM or copper as he does have some spots. Remember to remove rock and all but a light dusting of sand on the bottom before treating with copper. If you employ TTM, the only thing that moves from tank to tank is the fish (no decorations or sand).

Thanks . I've added a fairly large Tupperware of sand so its easier to remove. Got some black construction paper on 3 sides. I'm not currently using a light. He was looking pretty terrible last night but when I got up this morning g he was zooming around the tank and he finally ate some nori. In fact he's been grazing on it all day. I'm gonna give him another day or 2 to relax and then start a copper treatment
