possible ich outbreak after fallowing?

hi all,

I'm wondering if my tang has ich or not.

Having done a strict 82-day fallow period, cupramine @ 0.6 treatment,

I highly doubt it's ich but need a second eye on this.

Some info :

# of white spot : one

scraping or scratching : none

feeding : crazy

breathing : normal

# of days after moving back to the main tank : seven

I couldn’t get the video to play, but the single white spot I can see in the picture looks too large for ich. If the spot is still there after 72 hours and no new spots cropped up, it isn’t ich.
That said, how long was the Cupramine treatment?
