Possible ich

Ok so i persume this has been asked a thousand times.
I have been running my fish tank for4 months now, all was fine however last night i noticed white grains on my sailfin tang and valentini puffer. Both are eating fine, not itching or not breathing heavily!
Is this ich? Does it require drastic measures?
Help required please

Good but have started dosing vodka for cyno

You shouldn't dose vodka for cyano, cyano is a byproduct in some tanks of dosing vodka. You Vodka Dose to lower nitrates.

And phosphates? I have phospates of 0.03.

Has come down from .25 since dosing vodka

.03 is perfect, but I've never seen vodka dosing bring down phosphates that low by itself.
