i have a fox face tang with what i think is ich i does with what was for a 25 or 30 gallon for my 80 gallon tank only becuase i ran out of medicine I will continue tines you to treating do a 20 water change

today the whet spots has lessened and he is eating so it seems to be feeling better i will continue with treatment

Hard to tell from photos but it looks like Ich to me.

Not sure about the body, but what I see on the end of the tail resembles Lymphocystis: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/lymphocystis.257461/

If those arn't spots on the glass- on his head, then that looks like ick. I agree about the tail with Humble though. That part looks more like Lymph. Can we possibly get a clearer picture through clean glass? That will help tremendously.
