Possible ich

I added 3 fish to a 15g QT on Thursday - 2 wrasses and a dottyback. Today the dottyback has a couple spots that look like ich. I have cupramine to treat it. Directions on cupramine are to not use it with any other medication. On Saturady, I dosed Prazi-pro - as a general preventative. I also have been adding Brightwell Microbacter7 (I know, not a medication, but to build up filtration). So is it safe to dose Cupramine - or do I need to wait for a few days for the prazi-pro to be eliminated? Also do I need to stop dosing the Microbacter7?

Should I leave the 2 wrasse in the QT to be treated, even though they don't show any signs of ich?

Wrasses don't usually do too well with Ionic copper (Cupramine). They do better in chelated copper like Copper Power. See the following chart. Prazi pretty much does it's work in 24 hours. Run carbon and do a water change. Then you can start with the recommended copper.
