Possible ick?

Hi all I just got home from a trip and noticed these spots on my btt. Would this be ick? I don’t see anything on my other fish in this tank.

It could be sand stuck to the fish.
I’d watch for the next few days and see how the spots develop, and be ready to treat if necessary.
