Possible ick

They require different treatments. For ich, most folks find success with copper, or Chloroquine Phosphate (CP) if you can get it. For Brooklynella, either Acriflavine or Formalin, and some have found success with Metronidazole.

Anything else with the medication? In a QT right? Temp should be a little higher?

Id say the worst thing you can do is rush everything if its not necessary. Take it slow. If its not that bad I wouldn't qt but I would have it ready.

I went through this with all my fish but they fought it off because I did water changes and fed them quality food.

Mine dont like that much frozen mysis, except for my cleaner shrimp. The clowns eat it sometimes. Right now i use mysis and omega one marine mini pellets(blue top). Should i feed them something else thats frozen type?

Here's a great link on how and what to feed your fish by @jsker. It changed how I feed my fish. Since I started feeding them the way Jsker does, my fish are much more vibrant. I buy about 7-8 different types of frozen food cubes: mysis, brine shrimp, fish eggs, cyclops, seaweed, etc. and take one cube of each and put them into a small tupperware container. Let it "slump" overnight in the fridge. Add a few drops of Selcon vitamins. Mix. Can store it in the fridge for a few days. It really work great. Highly recommend. Ok that's the good news; here's the bad. If you do not treat your fish for Ich, velvet, or Brook, whatever you decide they have, and they recover, they will be carriers of the disease. Days, weeks or months from now, when you add new fish they will be exposed to whatever disease they are carrying. Something to consider as you are deciding what to do with your fish. The reality is that anything wet you add to the tank can introduce the diseases again.

Yep. That's why some think it's wise to QT all incoming "wet" like fish, corals, rock, inverts.
