Unfortunately I have another fish problem to post here. About 2 weeks ago my starry blenny died after slowly losing weight. However, he always ate well and I suspected internal parasites.

Now I've noticed my flasher wrasse has gotten a little thin and today saw that he had white stringy poop. I have metro on hand but don't have a QT set up at the moment. Some questions:

- Is it ok to feed to the DT?
- Can internal parasites be transferred from fish to fish? I thought it was kind of like bacterial infections in that a fish with compromised immune system can catch it.
- Do all fish need to be fed metro or is it not good to feed fish that are not showing signs of internal parasites?

Thank you for the help!

I hate to report that the wrasse didn't make it. He went missing and I never got a chance to feed metro. I should have started treatment sooner when I noticed he was getting thin and acting strange.

Do you think I should still treat the other fish?

@Humblefish

Thank you their breakfast will be medicated since I saw 2 fish with stringy pale colored poop tonight when I went to turn off the light... I feed twice a day, should both meals be medicated or just breakfast?
