Possible parasite?

Hey so I’ve been in the hobby for 2 years now with the black clowns and the damsel for 6 now my new fish the filefish about 3 weeks. As you can see there are a few white dots in his fins but he has shown no sign of heavy breathing or lack of appetite for the 3 weeks I’ve had him. Any possible ideas? I was thinking maybe all of my fish have had ich at one point so maybe they are tough haha!

It can be a little hard to diagnose ich on a file fish but if you've had ich then it's still in your tank. Most fish can deal with it ok with a healthy immune system but will show symptoms when stressed. How are the other fish looking and acting?
