Possible pest? Identification please!

I noticed this growing on one of my live rocks last night. Could someone help me with the ID of this little guy?

Information on the tank, 5 gallon fluval tank with cfl lighting. Coral includes ricordea mushroom, zoos, frogspawn, xenia, and a small piece of porcillapora. nitrates: 0, amonia 0 nitrite 0, pH 8.0-8.1, 78 F, 1.023-1.025 sg. Tank has been going for 11 months.

That thing in the middle looks like a little Strawberry nem/ball anemone to me. Does it move?

From googleing a limped, I don't think that's it.

Im not if it moves or not as I just noticed it last night. I will keep an eye on it to see what happens. I was really trying to get an idea if I should pluck it out.
