I have a green chromis and a neon dotty back. I think the chromis was being to aggressive to the dottyback. it is swimming between rocks and hiding places but not eating. I was able to get the chromis in to a breeding box until I figure out what to do with him. I wanna get the dottyback into QT to be separated from the rest of them until he heels. is it okay to keep him in the DT if I can't catch him. I caught the chromis trying to harass the 2 clowns last night. that's why i'm suspecting it's the chromis that bit some of it's fin off the dotties back last night. I suspected something was wrong when I couldn't find him this morning. the I saw him next to a rock and the mushroom. I have tried food with garlic but he won't even eat that at this point. any suggestions Please? I am a newbie on this.

If he was injured badly, moving him to a QT is not a bad idea. If you can catch the fish a 90 minute bath in Acriflavine (Ruby Reef Rally) may be helpful between DT and QT, then treat with antibiotics if a secondary infection develops.
