Anyone have any idea what could be wrong with my Cardinal. Gills look swollen, rapid breathing, eyes look swollen and black lines aren't lining up like normal, and his body looks bigger than normal. I was leaning towards dropsy. I lost a filefish about 6 weeks ago. Was looking fine then all of a sudden stopped eating and died 2 days later and looked like he got pumped full of something.

I'm not ruling anything out. But I really have no clue. Reading about the lympho definitely has some symptoms but not sure.
