Possible tunicate thats getting.prevelant

Have this thing slowly increasing in size and number in various parts of the tank . I think its a tunicate of some kind but not sure.
It also seems to send out mucus strings a bit like vermetid snails. any ideas and should i get rid of it

Looks tunicateish...never seen it send out threads though...
