Possible Used Jeabo wavemaker

I bought a wp25. When I opened it the controller was not in the bag. When watching youtube videos it was. There are also air bubbles in the controller wrapper. Are the air bubbles normal? It this how they are normally packaged? Was my controller a possible return? How do I tell if I have the 2014 model?

Does your controller have a thin plastic film covering the front of it? Mine did. Just had to work up the corner and peel it off.

My controller did not come in a bag inside the box.

Thanks for the respone. I will check the plastic tomorrow. Also I can't get it to start up. All the lights are lit up on top. I tried holding the lock button down and nothing.

Yea all the lights shouldn't be lit up. Should only be one of each

I got a new one and it is working great. The broken one was missing the top cardboard on the inside, instructions and the light sensor. I am not sure what the deal was.
