They don't look like live vermetids to me but I'd still cut or break them off now since it looks like they're easily accessible between the closed zoas.

I'm not sure if the few soft protrusions on the zoas are some type of hydroids but I'd kind of be thinking more about those right this minute.

OK thanks I will look into hydroxide. Zoas are opened back up now next time they close I'll try to get them off

No haven't seen any webs

That is a pineapple sponge, common in a new tank and cause no harm. As your tank matures they tend to go away on their own. Google pineapple sponge.
