Possible worm or pest??

i got a couple live rocks from my LFS about a week ago and have noticed these little stringy guys coming out of one in the morning hours but I don't ever see them at night. I got a couple photos I will attach. Any help with a id would be awesome.

It's the 2 white stringy looking guys on the left side of the rock.

If they retract they could be digitate hydroids,

I just took these as well. He definitely is coming in and out of the hole in the rock.

Yup, it a little Chaetopterid/Spionid.
