POSSIBLY disease??? Need help Identifying!!!

Just got home from the store and starting my acclimation on some peppermint shrimp when I noticed a large mass on one of the shrimp. I haven’t seen it before. Can anyone tell me if this is a hazard before I release him to the tank

I think it’s a parasite of some kind. A few others on here have said they come of with the next molt. Where the parasite goes or what it does afterwards is a question I can’t answer unfortunately. Be interested to hear someone else’s thoughts

Peppermint shrimp parasite?

Got a pair of these guys about a week ago and one seems to have some sort of growth on it. Does these look like a parasite of some sort?
