Possibly dropping hammer?

Got this 2 days ago and about half of it looks like it’s kind of drooping down was wonder what anyone thinks?

For hammers, you generally want to avoid the extremes- Extreme light and extreme water flow. Too much light and they expel their zooxanthellae which is their energy source for color and growth and avoid too much water flow which will stress them and even tear their flesh right off the skeleton. They should be waving in the current, not vigorously or bent over the skeleton.
For skeleton, they need a minimum of 380 on calcium
Too little light and they shrink and too little flow, they can have recession
While not picky about location, lower third is best region for them

I have decreased the flow slightly and am already seeing greater polyp extension so it’s looking better thanks.

Great. They can stress easily by little things
