Possibly Lymphocytosis? ID/treatment help

Hey. I just noticed this on one of my clowns. Otherwise seems normal and is still eating. I think its Lymphocytosis but was hoping to get some second opinions. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Lympho can occur with any fish, but I'm thinking it's a injury with a secondary infection.
