Is this hair little area possibly Spionid worms???

Dipped this hammer about 7-8 mins in Coral RX and didn’t see much of anything removed besides a couple pods. This is the second day and it’s extending nicely already from being completely recessed day 0, but now I also see some little hairy things I didn’t see at first (I also opted to keep the tube worm).

Looks like Spionid worms to me.
A dip won't effect them they will just pull back into the skeleton of the coral.
What’s the recommendation? Give the coral back? Do these multiply easily and take over other stony corals?

I saw an ivermectin thread but would like other solutions prior to doing that. Are they a huge threat?
