Post Furan treatment?

So after 4 doses the fish looks OK. Instruction says replace 25% water and put new filter element.

Since the sick fish is in the hospital tank so there's actually "no filter". Do I just leave the med in the water just like that? Or should I use carbon?

As long as the course of treatment is completed, you can just run carbon.
