So i just move everything into my new 93 tank

Tanks been up now for just over 2 months with rock i seeded from dry rock in a vat for over 3 months on top of the 2 months in my tank. Shrimp is fine and my tang is fine. All other corals are thriving beyond what they were in my other tank. PH swings are bellow .2 and temp is at 79.2-80.3

I put the nem in and figured it be a little fussy at first. Move up and down this one rock for about 2 days then suddenly it was gone... I usually can spot its location when i see the sexy shrimp boucing around an area (its hosting the RBTA) but the nem isnt anywhere i can see.

Now ive read enough posts, blogs, forums, watched enough videos to just sit on my hands and wait. Its been 2 weeks and still no sign of it. Checked my over flow... same deal.

What I dont understand is the new was fully opened and looked soo happy when i saw it. Never looked shriviled or bleached. And accepted food like it was candy when i fed the tang and it got some extra floating around.

Any ideas?

I cant see the back of the tank and i really dont want to pull rocks apart... I just set the darn thing up and it looks amazing

Have a friend/wife hold a mirror toward the back and you look and try and spot it that way, just an idea

It may have found a spot that it likes and you don't. Mine did this and I pulled the rocks apart and made a mess out of my tank. It ended up just moving again so I changed the direction of my flow a bit and it stayed in a spot that was not ideal for me but at least it was visible and happy. If possible just try to change your flow and give it a couple days.

Well I ordered a new driver for my mp10. Had a little issue when my driver took a dip in my sump....... FYI never let a friend help you setup your tank when they don't have a reef setup. Hopefully that will fix it.

Well it's been a while and still no sign of it. I can't see it no matter what angle and what not. Anyone hear of a case like this? It's been 20 days since my last sighting of it.

Found it!

It was in the overflow pipe.... I need to remove part of the over flow in the sump to do filter bag changes... And there it was -_-
