Hi guys, many of us have YouTube channels dedicated to our Reef Keeping. If you are like me you have hopes of increasing your presence by driving up subscribers, view, and likes. Perhaps we can all network together by sharing a link to our channels and share subscriptions, so sub for sub! All the while we get to check out each others channels.

Here is mine! Subscribe, and post yours, etc.!

Good job! I do have a question though - I've always been super afraid of getting copyright claims on music that I use on my channel. How do you find music to use on yours? I'm new-ish to creating content on YouTube, but am I missing some huge royalty-free library of music out there?

Feel free to check out my channel, I'd love any feedback! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLh1Pzrirqwc4K8VeWbS_GA

YouTube offers a few dozen free instrumental songs that you can use when uploading videos

Ah interesting! I knew about Flickr and searching for creative commons images, but didn't know that soundcloud had something similar.

I'll have to look at the YouTube provided tracks as well, though I'd want to be able to download them so I can sync them up in premier with whatever is going on.

Guys don't be depressed by new YouTube demonetized policy of 4000 watch hours in the previous 12 months and 1000 subscriber to able monetize your channel. Its is hard no one say its is easy.
Just keep uploading.

Look at all these channels, I gotta check out y'alls work.

Regarding music, always select Royalty Free music. You can search/find it on Youtube, then download those tracks to use. I always put music credit in my video's description, and never use anything that isn't expressly free to use. There are some websites you can buy music from, and there are some that give it to you free. You may even have someone in your family that plays an instrument - capture their audio and give them a little credit when you add it to your video. Creator Studio on your Youtube channel has music you can use as well, which you need to download and then add during the editing process.

www.youtube.com/melevsreef is my channel

Here is mine. Basically I try to generalize with the technicalities that come along with hobby. I also do videos on Tigger and Tisbe Pod colonies. Some diseases that hit the tank. What to do in a tank crack emergency. How to keep a dragonet with basic math.
