When can a new member post in the trading areas?

To limit the amount of people just signing up to sell things here on R2R we have decided to limit selling to members that have at least 25 posts and have been a member for at least 30 days.

The above rule holds true for the selling forum, but I'm not sure if it is also in place for the trading forums. Hopefully Rev will be able to give more info.
