If I remember correctly you can post 1 month after joining, plus a certain amount of posts requirement.

To limit the amount of people just signing up to sell things here on Club-Zoa we have decided to limit selling to members that have at least 25 posts and have been a member for at least 30 days. I think there is one more requirement. You have to be totally silent with no posts for 30 days. That leaves Phil out.
