Randy,
I am making additions with Now-Foods-Potassium-Chloride-Powder and I just realized it also has Magnesium Carbonate as other ingredient, no percentage stated. Can this create a problem in my reef tank? My ICP test reads Potassium at 335 mg/l and I have been raising it slowly.
Thanks

I just started adding potassium to my 240g once a week as recommended by Brightwell. I added every other day 20ml for the first week. Then slow down to once a week because I am not testing. I am unsure if I should continue with it as two of my perfect sps have rtn while others look very happy. Did I burn them? I know I am getting a lot of polyp extension now.

I do not know if it caused a problem for you, but I would not add potassium unless you have a test that suggest you need it. My tank never depleted in potassium, and there's no inherent reason they should. :)
