Hi,
New to the game :) I started cycling my Fluval Flex 32.5 a little over a week ago. I started out with some dry live rock and things have been looking good so the other day I decided to go and get some more with some different shapes to add a little more flair  Earlier I was scraping off some algae off the glass, and was about to scrape off what I thought was just a large chunk of algae but actually looked like a little baby anemone and was thrilled! But after looking at a few posts I’m now a lil worried  For the record it has really been zipping around on the glass throughout the day: it’s barely 1/4in and has moved a distance of over 3 inches (Since I first spotted him at least, I don’t know if they prefer to be more still?) and has situated itself riiight near the flow of my circulation pump and is now nestling into the sand like it’s bedtime lol. Is it an aiptasia? Should I eliminate it?

Yes. Kill the aiptasia. Leave the worm alone.
