Potential Brooks on New Arrival?

Just in from LiveAquaria, Lyretail anthia. Covered in white slime, gasping at the bottom of my QT and appears to have scale damage. Already freshwater dipped and nothing came off so doubtful its flukes. Already added a powerhead for more oxygenation. I'm assuming brooks but would like some additional input. Ofcourse formalin is the only meds I don't have on hand. Thanks.

I would suggest treating with kanoplex and focus mixed with the frozen. I would also suggest add a little vitamin C to the mix to boost the immune system. I would also suggest acting on the quickly.

Thank you. Unfortunately the fish passed less than 4 hours after arrival. Was unable to get the fish to eat.
