Majano, or aptasia. Two options. Kill it with fire or kill it with something else

If there is one you probly have more but cannot see them yet. If you try to pinch it off it may release spores and spread.

Try lifting it off like a regular anemone. Peel the foot up and trash it. If more don't appear you're good

kinda looks like a baby yuma to me, especially since he has a big one right beside it

Agreed! My yuma keeps leaving babies behind and they all start out looking like that.

I have Green mushrooms beside it, what would you say is lively? As soon as you touch a softie you can see it retract, would it just respond faster?
