Got some Palythoa from a live sale from @joeknowsreefs.

Not sure this is a new paly growing or a hitchhiker of some sort.

Its small and clear and i can see it coming out to filter feed

Best I can do. There's 2 tentacles like a tube worm of some sort.

Does it have a hard tube around the base? Could be a vermetid snail.
i cant tell yet it appears to be very tiny. thinking just keep an eye on it and if it grows kill it without poking the palys
 
Hard to tell from pic. If clear - Tunicate. If white, . . . sponge
 
Not a vermitid fortunately
 
Confirmed vermited snail. Single specimen. Crushed with tweezers and removed tube. Hopefully that's the last of it. Very small specimen as well.
