This event was super unfortunate and happened because everything that could have gone wrong, did. PayPal sided with me during this dispute because I was able to provide documented proof and photosthsy I did everything I possibly can on my end. The issue was with the shipper and the delay was caused by the buyer's remote location.

Doesn't change the fact of the cheapest shipping and least amount of uninsulated packaging that lead to the cause. I have packages overnighted here all the time. No issues when shipped as coral should. I just believe all potential buyers should know what to expect.

You're selling on a reef forum, not on eBay. In my opinion you should have refunded or replaced. The picture was pretty obvious. Supposed to be a bit more personal and friendly here. You are saving 7% in eBay fees. Not hating on you, hope it works out.

WOW, you would not be able to pay me to deal with that guy. If the person does not stand behind how they packaged something that is seriously pathetic. As a small business owner I always make for certain that the item I am shipping is protected from just about anything imaginable. To see this person so "they sided with me" so screw you, shows exceptionally low morals and zero ethics. I would have refunded the guy immediately.
