i just added a potters wrasse to my 180 , but i have an exuistie fairy wrase and he started to chase him from what i read these are supposed to get along , so i turned out the lights and put everyone to sleep , is there something i can do to make them get along . or should i pull out the fairy wrasse , on a good note the potters wrasse was eating prepared food at the fish store and he didnt go and hide when i put him in

I recommend adding a mirror to the tank. The fairy will be drawn to the reflection of himself and may pick on the potters less till they get along.

I also just added one and my Melaranus Wrasse chased him a bit but after almost a week they leave each other alone.

i was going to say i just added about 6 leopards to my tank and so far only 2 remain hidden but the best way to get things to clear up in my experience is more food...new fish in town and more food comes along that would probably lessen the worry that this new guys gonna eat him outta house and home lol

i just got a cleaner wrasse that someone had to get rid of and my midas blenny chased him a bit i used the mirror trick and after 2 days very little aggression it works wonders keeps everyone occupied on that mirror , not saying it will always work but it did for me 2 times , oh and the cleaner is healthy and eats everything even pellets :)
