Any advice on what this could be?

All others in my tank are doing great.

Tough to see clearly under bluish lights. The lack of appetite is not good. It almost looks like Brooklynella. When was the last time you added something (fish or invert) to the tank?

Hi jay. Haven’t added a fish for a while now. Maybe 5 months.
Almost never see parasites show up like that out of nowhere after 5 months. Bacteria however are always present in every aquarium. Do you have a treatment tank available?

If it is brook. Will all fish perish if not treated? Do fish not fight it off like ich?
Typically yes, but clownfish are the most often infected. I've seen it in angelfish, but it is rarer. Also, Brook doesn't usually show as discrete spots like your angel has, usually the lesions are larger. A picture under white light would help.

O.K., in the videos, those spots are a LOT more distinct. That isn't Brooklynella. It looks like a bacterial infection, but given the fish's situation, I don't see what you can do for it. One thing, if it dies and you find it fresh, give it a five minute FW dip after death - just to screen for flukes (this would be damage control for all your other fish).
