Potters Wrasse

I have two potters wrasses, one for 3 years and one for 1 year and they both don't pick at SPS.

It could just be some pods running around that they are after. Is your wrasse actually damaging the SPS?

They definitely don’t nip at coral. I agree with the other posters, something is appetizing for it in there...
 
If a coral is getting eaten it will retract all polyps in a second. If a wrasse is picking parasites the coral will not react.
 
Have had the Potters only for a week. Eating everything (haha), frozen, flake too.
Where did you purchase your potters from? Been trying to look for one online and at my local fish store. No luck.

Sorry for not replying to your post. I purchased this wrasse and many others from Derek (dman) on the boards. Quality fish always.
 
Thanks to all for replying. Potters wrasse still doing great & has calmed down quite a bit. Doesn’t really pick anymore. Guess he was just foraging for pods. [emoji4]
