Povidone-iodine

So, i have one bottle of Betadine (commercial name) which is basicaly povidone iodine PVP-I, it is 10% solution.

Sometimes i used few drops for coral dip, works great, with no negative effect on dipped coral....

So i wonder, will this solution is good to dose to tank directly, ok, maybe it dont do anything, but is it harmfull?

Some might do that, but I do not recommend it. It is reactive and can be irritating to tissues, and is not one of the main natural forms of iodine in seawater.
