Powder Blue mark?

So I'm currently treating for ich but I'm just below 2.0 using coppersafe.

Noticed something on my powder blue. Looks like it could be an injury fighting with another fish which is still common or it could be a potent strain of ich. The original white spot dropped on 4/12, I guess maybe I'll know in a day or two but what do you think.

Nothing new on him today. Still cannot tell if it is ich or just a wound. Looks like whatever was on that upper fin is gone.
