Powder blue tang eating habit

I added a 2" PBT to my DT 3 days ago. So far it only eats nori. Every time I look, I see it eating. Should I always keep nori available for it to eat? Would it over eat and die like some fish?

I wouldn't worry about overfeeding. Its good for them to be able to graze throughout the day (Especially if thats thats all its eating).

It soon will eat everything but yes as stated before especially with a new fish I would feed feed feed in the beginning Within reason of course but a eating fat tang is a healthy fish
