Powder blue tang from where???

I was wondering if there is a particular place one should look at when purchasing a powder blue tang? I noticed some of them have a deeper darker blue.
I wanna purchase one and wanna know where to purchase one from

I would suggest whatever your favorite fish store that is local. PBT are not particularly difficult but a strict QT is basically required for them due the almost certainty that it will get ich.
A healthy specimen will readily pick at rocks for algae and should take prepared foods with gusto. Not sure what you mean by darker blue on some, healthy ones tend to be brighter IMO and vibrant. If the colors a drab it’s a good sign of parasites.

There are no regional color variants. A healthy specimen fed a varied diet shows the best color.
