I have a PBT that has decided to harass my Magnificent Foxface. This is a recent activity and one I didn’t expect. I assumed more trouble between the PBT and the Purple Tang or Hippo Tang but they are all buddies. What do I do?

Tank is a six foot 125g. PBT was added two months ago as the last fish in. Magnificent was added two months before the PBT.

Are you providing enough food? Whether it be live rock to graze on or clips of nori on opposite ends of the tank, etc.

I hadn’t considered feeding nori at opposite ends. I do feed frozen shrimp and nori on the same end. There is plenty of grazing opportunities and they work the rocks all day. Currently the Foxface is holding his own but I wonder for how long.

I would definitely suggest adding multiple nori locations, or at least keeping enough Nori in the tank so that its available on the glass during the entirety (or majority) of the lighting period. This obviously isn't 100% fail proof but in general space and food are going to be the primary causes of aggression.
