powder blue tang ick or black ich

my powder blue got his first black ich/ whitespot before a week then i proceeded to do a freshwater dip cz he stopped eating, the day after the dip he started eating like crazy like usual and then 3 days ago he started to grt covered with black spots and white spots on his fins but hes still eating 3-4 times daily along with alage sheets daily what should i do, should i let him take care of it naturally or drop him in Qt along with copper ?

Either a sting from anemone or turibella worms
Start with freshwater dip and give them a 90 minute bath in ruby rally pro and continue treatment at lower concentration
Quick cure should also work

i already gave him a freshwater dip a couple of days ago and it came back i was advised by my lfs to try hypo salinity 1.009
