Powder Blue Tang not eating.

Had this Tang for about 2 years and very healthy and fat, and is the boss of a 540 gal tank. No signs of ice or velvet; looks beautiful as usual. No new additions to the tank, no stress; tank parameters unchanged. NO3 = 10 ppm, PO4 = 0.13 ppm, Ca 425; Alkalinity 9.0. Run a UV sterilizer with a bulb change in April 2023

Elevated temp
Elevated salinity
Elevated ammonia and nitrate
Sign of injury
Bloating/constipation

Rapid or normal breathing ?
Any new fish addition offering intimidation ?
Eyes clear or cloudy

Hi Vetteguy, no ammonia present, nothing visible on skin, eyes, bloating etc. Just not eating or picking at rocks. I thought maybe internal parasites from a frozen food mix I make with shrimp, scallops, squid, Mahi, nori, selcon, freeze dried Mysis shrimp etc. Any thoughts?
